Amber wine, made in Kakheti province from Kisi grapes, grown in the Kvareli region. This wine is produced in a qvervi, a clay pot hurried in cellar, according to the patrimonial Kaketion method protected by Unesco. It was fermented ans aged with skins and seeds. The wine is full bodied and offers complex flavors of hazelnut, quince and dried fruit. It offers an excellent combination with old Dutch cheeses and grilled white meat.
